We are pleased to offer free delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom.
All orders include VAT, and no customs fees will be charged to you.

If your order has not yet been shipped, please email us at support@berberorugs.co.uk with your order number and the updated shipping address.
If your order has already been shipped, the fastest way to update your address is through FedEx Delivery Manager.
Simply enter your tracking number and choose “Deliver to Another Address” under “Manage Delivery.
